About our Organization

House of Learning is currently registered as a CBO (Community Based Organization) with registration number MMC/CBO/119/2010.  By virtue of its constitution, House of Learning is a non-profit organization.  We report quarterly to the Moshi Municipal Council.  We also work in collaboration with the district and ward development officers and the district and ward education officers of Moshi.

Organizational Structure
As a trustee organization, House of Learning (The Q.T.C.) has an Executive Committee comprising of six members.  Under the Executive Committee, the Executive Team includes the Managing Director and the Operations Manager.  The Executive Team is responsible for affairs regarding management policies and the administration of the organization.  It ensures strict accountability, transparency and full planning and policy implementation.

Secretariat

The secretariat is the administrative arm of the organization and is in charge of developing and implementing programs.  It coordinates the activities of the organization and disseminates information to members in order to keep updated on any development in the organization.
